PangYa error 114

I know that lot of PangYa players have that error, and they're can't playing in PangYa. I had that error too (after PangYa Updater had installed a GB.R4.504.01 Patch).
I have tried all of those solutions that are being offered to.
Namely:
- installing Internet Explorer 8;
- killing of all other unneeded applications in task manager;
- closing Kaspersky Internet Security;
- installing most fresh audio/video drivers;
But it wasn't help. Error still showing.
So I decide to make an new logical partition on HDD (with help of Norton PartitionMagic), and install there clean Windows XP SP2. Lot of time I have spent to solve an "generic host process for win32 services" error. Then I installed a game. Game worked fine without errors. But I still have a "generic host process for win32 services" error. So I decide to install firewall (I had disable Windows Firewall). I had installed a Kaspersky Internet Security 2009. Error had disappeared. But in PangYa 114 error become. I had uninstalled KIS. And PangYa worked fine again. But without firewall was too dangerous in internet. So I had to install Comodo Firewall (only firewall). Error 114 becomes again. I had uninstalled Comodo firewall. PangYa worked fine again.
Now for playing in PangYa I have to boot another Windows. I enable Windows Firewall there and install WinXP hotfixes (for solving "generic host process" error).
When I launch PangYa - HDD indicator always red and game is working too slow and halted sometimes. So I close game and launch it again. From second launch game works fine.
